Scottish Macaroons have even been seen on TV! Channel 5’s Secret Scotland sent Susan Calman to see us, and we managed to get her elbow deep in mashed tatties (potatoes) – yes, that’s right, these super-popular sweet treats are actually made with potatoes!! Stephen had Susan peeling potatoes and kneading the fondant before rolling it into balls and coating with milk chocolate and desiccated coconut. You can watch again on My 5
